Hydrotherapy is a way to exercise in the water. It is a great place to work on cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination, and balance.
Hydrotherapy is an excellent way to exercise and gain strength when exercising on land is difficult or painful.
We love working with children in the pool as they have the freedom to move that they may not have on land.
Hydrotherapy sessions can go for 30 minutes up to an hour depending on the child.
